Average Shipping Times

 

Order your Brothers Dog Food by 12:00 PM CST Monday-Friday (excluding USA holidays) to ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will process next business day. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes

 

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $49 and a flat ship fee of $5.95 for orders under $49

You will be able to track your order after it has shipped by logging into your account. UPS tracking info for your package will start updating at 8:00 p.m. EST the day your order ships. Please call or email us if you need quicker package shipping info.

Orders are shipped via UPS, please note we are unable to ship to P.O. BoxesCurrently we only ship orders to the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC. All shipments include insurance through UPS at no additional charge.
