Brothers provides a 365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all dog food products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 365 days of the original purchase date.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for any reason within the 365-day guarantee period.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Products must be shipped back to Brothers for a refund to be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment after the returned product is received and inspected.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@brothersdogfood.com or initiate a return request within your customer account. Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and any additional details required to complete the process.

Assistance With Alternative Products

If the purchased recipe is not suitable for your dog, Brothers’ customer support team is available to recommend alternative products that may better meet your dog’s needs. This consultative service is optional and does not affect eligibility for a refund.

Exclusions & Additional Terms

  • Brothers is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
  • This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Brothers.
  • Brothers reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
